That I was on the 4th floor would have liked higher, but it was ok. I liked that the fridge kept my waters extra cold. The view from my room was pretty nice. The thing I liked the most was spending quality time with my babe.

I was given a high floor as requested with a nice view. Front desk person was professional. I liked the frosted artwork on the windows. I also the bathroom mirrors good for taking nice pictures.

The complete staff was amazing they help me out tremendously I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends and coworkers as well as my fans I came to NY for a week had a very bad experience till I came to this hotel all my fans and peers will hear about this Highbridge hotel is exceptional.. I give it a 1000 star..

It was clean but the elevator had a sign saying it wasn’t in operation but it did work.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. I loved that I was able to park my car completely off the street. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a Dunkin nearby for an easy breakfast and coffee in the morning.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They let me borrow a phone charger when I needed, and security walked me to my room.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and appeared exactly as pictured. I felt comfortable and safe there. It was perfect for a 2 night business trip. There is even on site parking! Thank you!
